A simple AI workflow that turns messy meeting notes into clear action items, follow-ups, deadlines, and summaries.
What was built
I originally created this for myself because I was wasting time trying to organize notes after client calls and meetings. The workflow is very simple. I paste my rough notes into ChatGPT and ask it to separate everything into: Key decisions Tasks Follow-ups Deadlines Questions that still need answers I sometimes run the output through Claude as a second pass to improve clarity and wording. It is nothing fancy and there is no code involved, but it has probably saved me more time than many of the bigger AI tools I have experimented with. I am currently using it as a prototype for my own work. It has made staying organized much easier, especially when handling multiple projects at once. Happy to hear suggestions or ways people would improve this workflow.
