Built a simple AI workflow that turns short meeting notes into professional follow-up emails in under 30 seconds.
What was built
This started as a small personal productivity project. The workflow is simple. After a meeting, I paste my rough notes into ChatGPT and use a structured prompt that extracts key decisions, tasks, deadlines, and next steps. It then drafts a professional follow-up email ready to send. What surprised me most was how much mental energy it saved. Instead of spending 15–20 minutes organising notes and writing emails, I can usually get everything done in under 2 minutes. I've been using it for client communication, outreach calls, and project updates. The output still needs a quick review, but it eliminates most of the repetitive work. The next step is connecting it to Gmail so drafts can be generated automatically after meetings. Would love feedback on ways to improve the workflow or make it more useful for teams.
