**Sterlix Auto Backup** is a simple macOS backup app built to make Proton Drive backups faster, safer, and easier. Instead of manually opening Proton Drive, dragging folders, uploading files, and worrying about forgetting important updates, the app lets you choose your important folders/files once and back them up directly into your local Proton Drive folder. It supports manual **Upload Now** backups, automatic scheduled backups, custom backup intervals, multiple folders/files, progress tracking, backup logs, and a clear status panel showing when the last backup ran and when the next one is scheduled. The app is designed around **Safe Backup Mode**, meaning it copies new files and updates changed backup copies, but does not delete your original source files and does not remove old Proton backup files. This is useful if you accidentally delete something from your Mac, because the older backup copy can still remain safely stored in Proton Drive. It is especially useful for website folders, AI projects, code builds, documents, app files, business files, and important work folders that need regular backup without the hassle of doing it manually every time.
