AI is changing quickly, and many tools we use today may look completely different in a few years. What AI-related skill do you think will still be valuable 5 years from now and why?

What skill would you start learning today?

You'll laugh at me. But fundamental knowledge of C/C++ will never hinder you from understanding how any other programming language works. Study software architecture and the logic behind system design. Finally, take a few AI models and use them as agents, test, and solve problems. When thinking about AI, I still see it as a powerful multiplier of your knowledge in efficient mental work; almost all repetitive work can be automated by artificial intelligence. In 15 years, I believe we will value knowledge of fundamental mathematics or physics more than we do today in the average software engineer.
