Cool
AI has helped me most with sorting messy emails. I’ll paste a rough message in, ask it to make the tone more professional, then I rewrite parts so it still sounds like me. It saves time without fully replacing my own thinking.
I know a lot of people use AI for productivity and work stuff but lately I have noticed more people using it almost like a thinking partner for personal situations too.
Things like relationship advice, career decisions, confidence issues, difficult conversations etc.
Part of me thinks it is actually helpful because sometimes you just need somewhere to organise your thoughts without feeling judged. But another part of me wonders if people are slowly replacing real human conversations with AI more than they realise.
Curious what other people think about this honestly.

I honestly think it depends on how people use it.There is a big difference between using AI to help organize your thoughts vs completely replacing human connection with it. Sometimes people just need a space to think out loud without feeling embarrassed or judged, and AI can actually help with that surprisingly well. But I do think real conversations with actual people still matter way more emotionally. AI can give perspective, structure, or ideas, but it cannot truly understand human experiences the same way another person who has lived through something can.So personally I see it more like a tool for reflection, not a replacement for real relationships or support.
