Anyone else feel like that the new Claude Safety filters ironically, doing the thing they are trying to prevent?

I used to do so much creative writing with Claude 4.5 and I cancelled my subscription after they got rid of it because nothing was good. And every time I have tried to have a conversation about any human feelings in writing or otherwise it makes me feel like I’m the problem. It keeps giving me crisis hotlines again and again pushing and pushing pushing trying to get a confession out of me that I am not doing fine. And after so many times I’m starting to feel like whether or not I really am not doing fine. Or maybe secretly I need the crisis hotline and I just don’t know it.

I think there's a real balance to strike. Protecting users matters, but if normal conversations about emotions constantly trigger crisis responses, it can leave people feeling misunderstood rather than supported. Creative writing and discussing difficult feelings shouldn't automatically make someone seem like they're in danger.
