That’s a rough situation, sorry you’re dealing with that. Since they turned your Google account into a supervised child account, I’d focus on Google Account Recovery and provide as much proof of ownership as possible (old passwords, devices, recovery info, payment history, etc.). Also, avoid interacting with the scammer or running the malware again. Keep copies of any evidence, including their email address and links, and consider contacting Google support directly through their account recovery channels.
