I actually think the issue isn't that they used AI, it's the level of effort that came after it.Most players probably wouldn't care if AI was used as part of the process, as long as a real artist refined it and made it feel polished. What frustrates people is when something looks like it was generated in five minutes and then sold as premium content.For a studio with DICE's resources, people expect a higher standard. Small asset or not, every paid item reflects how much care went into the game.
