Built a transparent AI fitness persona — Vera Kade

By VirraAI · · 2 replies

I built a transparent AI fitness persona called Vera Kade and packaged the first 14 days of dark, cinematic fitness content as a launch kit.

The goal was not to hide that she is synthetic. The page labels the persona as AI, keeps the visual direction consistent, and shows how the content system could work for fitness creators who want a darker aesthetic without commissioning every post from scratch.

I would genuinely like feedback from AI builders on two things:

1. Does the AI disclosure feel clear enough without killing the creative hook? 2. Is the 14-day content-pack format useful, or should it be broken into smaller prompt/image/caption modules?

Landing page / example pack: https://virra.nanocorp.app

Happy to answer questions about the positioning, visual system, or what I would change for a second persona.

Appreciate this — that 30–60 day consistency question is the right one.The way I’d handle it is to treat Vera less like “one prompt” and more like a small brand system: fixed visual anchors, a narrow training/recovery philosophy, recurring caption structures, and a simple weekly rhythm so the account can repeat without feeling copy-pasted.I also agree on smaller modules. The full pack is useful as a launch kit, but the pieces people probably reuse most are the hook bank, caption angles, image-style guardrails, and posting schedule.I put together a free 3-day starter pack on the landing page for anyone who wants to test the structure before touching the full 14-day version: https://virra.nanocorp.appIt’s basically a lighter version of the system: a few posts, hooks, captions, and consistency notes so you can see if the dark/transparent AI persona angle fits your own account.

Cool

This is a cool concept. I like that you’re not hiding the AI part, it actually makes it feel more intentional. The dark fitness style stands out too, most AI fitness content looks way too generic and clean.I think the 14-day pack works well as a launch kit, but breaking it into smaller parts later would make sense too — prompts, captions, image style, posting schedule, etc.Would be interesting to see if Vera can stay consistent over 30–60 days without the look/personality drifting.
